SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS standard 5-7 day shipping. International orders ship standard USPS, and may take 2-6 weeks for delivery, depending on location. Please allow two days for order processing prior to shipping.  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your domestic order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Unfortunately, this service is not available on some international orders at this time.  

 

WARRANTY

Flex Spex are warranted for up to 3 months against defect of materials or workmanship. Flex Spex will repair or replace at our discretion glasses that are found to be defective. Warranty covers original purchase only and receipt for purchase is required. This warranty does not cover shipping cost.

This Flex Spex warranty does not include normal wear such as, but not limited to, scratching or accidental breakage. Damage by improper or unreasonable abuse is excluded.

For warranty service please email us. Include a note describing which part is broken and/or defective. Flex Spex will reply with directions for full or partial replacement. Include your name, phone number, address, email address and lens power of your product (1.50, 2.00, 2.50, 3.00) so we can contact you if necessary.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. PayPal can process credit card payments even if you do not have a PayPal account.
